Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run Plan & Stay, we don't sell your personal information, and we don't run third-party ad trackers on this site. When you delete your account, we delete your data.

When you use Plan & Stay, we may collect:

• Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored in a protected, scrambled form, never as plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Contact information — the phone number and email you give us when you message our support team or fill in the contact form.
• Order information — your plan, payment status, and billing history, so we can manage your membership. Payment card details are handled by our secure payment provider; we don't see or store your full card number.
• Trip content — the trips, tasks, budgets, itineraries, notes, reservations, documents, and photos you add to the platform.
• Technical information — basic details like device type and app performance data, which help us keep the platform running smoothly and fix problems.

We use your information to provide the service: to give you access to your account and your plan's features, to create and manage your hotel savings access, to process payments, to respond when you contact us, and to keep the platform secure and reliable. We don't use your trip content for advertising, and we don't build ad profiles about you.

We share the minimum necessary, only with the services that help us operate Plan & Stay:

• Our payment provider — to process your purchase securely.
• Our hotel booking platform partner — the details needed to create and manage your hotel savings account, so you can search and book at wholesale rates.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers — who store and run the platform under our instructions and security requirements.

We may also disclose information if we're legally required to, or to protect someone's safety or our rights — but we're not in the business of selling your data, and we never will be.

We use small local storage files (cookies and equivalent browser storage) to keep you signed in and remember your preferences between visits. These are for login and function — not advertising. You can clear them in your browser settings, though you'll need to sign in again.

We keep your account and trip content while you're a member. If your membership lapses, we may keep your data for a reasonable period so you can come back without losing your trips — after that, it's deleted. Records we're required to keep for accounting and tax purposes (like invoices) are kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time by emailing info@planandstaynow.com. We'll confirm once it's done. Some billing records are retained where the law requires it.

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with access limited to what's necessary, and passwords are protected with industry-standard hashing. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask for your help: keep your password private and tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

Plan & Stay is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. Email info@planandstaynow.com and we'll take care of it.

If our practices change, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date below. For significant changes, we'll try to give notice through the app or by email.
